Document operating constraints
Map occupied areas, staff and visitor circulation, deliveries and any sensitive equipment. Ask the operator to define restrictions before construction access is planned.
Coordinate specialist interfaces
Record equipment, building-system and finish dependencies. A general construction scope should identify which specialized reviews and owner obligations remain outside it.
