Divide the program by workstream
Separate unit interiors, shared spaces, exteriors and roofing. Assign scope boundaries, affected buildings and decision contacts to each package.
Align operations and selections
Discuss resident notices, staging, available units and standard finish packages. Record exceptions so one repeated scope does not conceal different existing conditions.
Track each phase to handover
Ask how progress, changes, inspections and punch items will be recorded by building or unit. Agree the acceptance standard before repeating the work across the property.
