Record each bay’s requirements
List the equipment, utilities, floor conditions and access needs for each work area. Identify who can approve shutdowns or changes affecting operations.
Group dependent trade work
Ask which work must happen before equipment is reinstalled or an area is released. Keep demolition, preparation, installation and testing responsibilities visible in the proposed sequence.
Define an operational handoff
Discuss cleanup, equipment interfaces, final checks and owner acceptance for each phase. Do not equate a finished surface with permission to resume every activity.
