Define the resident functions
Identify leasing, gathering, fitness or other uses affected by the work. Separate the essential operating functions from optional finish and amenity upgrades.
Coordinate temporary arrangements
Discuss alternate resident access, leasing activity, deliveries and staff work areas. Decide who communicates closures and changing access conditions.
Prepare the reopening record
List installed finishes, equipment interfaces, inspections and punch items. Assign ownership of furniture and equipment deliveries that may occur outside the construction contract.
