Separate public and work areas
Map customer circulation, production or repair areas, storage and deliveries. Establish which activities can continue while each construction zone is active.
Coordinate equipment and finishes
Bring equipment dimensions, service needs and owner selections before final layout decisions. Identify the interfaces between built-in work, installed systems and movable equipment.
Define the turnover sequence
List inspections, finish completion, owner installations and cleanup in the opening plan. Assign a contact who can approve exceptions before a phase is handed back.
