Let the operator define resident needs
Review movement through the building, meal and activity schedules, visitors, staff support, and any rooms that cannot close. The operator should establish communication and accommodation arrangements for residents. Design and facility advisers should determine the applicable requirements for the property’s specific use.
Plan a controlled return to use
Divide the project into areas that staff can manage and inspect. Record temporary routes, daily housekeeping, deliveries, and the conditions for each area’s handover. The operator should confirm resident readiness in addition to construction completion. Bring existing plans, occupancy information, and facility requirements to AmeriConstruction for a scope and fit discussion.
