Coating is a restoration option for a qualifying existing substrate rather than a replacement for missing structural capacity.

Ask every bidder to answer the same questions

For chemical or grease exposure, provide the actual substances and operating conditions to the manufacturer for a compatibility review. A broad material-family claim does not resolve every exposure.
Decide how the roof will be serviced
Choose maintenance routes and equipment access locations while details can still change. Before authorization, identify who will coordinate equipment work, investigate concealed conditions and obtain project-specific approvals. Ask for the precise warranty document and installer eligibility confirmation associated with the proposed assembly.
