Inventory the units in scope
Record unit types, condition differences and the rooms or components included. Property size alone does not establish the number of units that need work.
Set the selection standard
Define the cabinet, countertop, flooring, fixture and finish choices for each package. Agree how substitutions and concealed-condition changes are approved.
Compare handover requirements
Identify inspection, cleaning, punch and property-manager acceptance for each unit. Confirm access dates and occupied versus vacant conditions before relying on a production schedule.
