Ask which rooms and material layers were affected, what was removed or retained and which locations remain unresolved. The record should also identify the water-source repair and the basis for ending the drying work. A fixed number of days or equipment removal alone does not establish readiness for new finishes.
Define the building work that follows
Use the material record to identify replacement insulation, drywall, ceilings, flooring, trim or cabinets. The installer also needs to confirm that the substrate meets the requirements of the selected finish. Keep incomplete drying or other specialist work visible in the schedule.
