As a home or a business owner you cannot generally see damage from the ground level. We suggest scheduling a complimentary roof inspection with our team. 

Our trained field representatives are trained to identify damages, as well as areas that can potentially be problematic. 

During the inspection photos will be taken to put a report together that will be presented to the home or business owner upon completion. Based on the condition of the roofing system our associates will advise the proper repairs to fix the roof or advise next steps for replacement.

What do the warranties cover? 

Manufacturer Direct Warranties cover installation and materials for 10-50 years depending on the warranty. 

In the case your roofing system fails due to installation error or manufacturer defect the roofing material supplier that issues the warranty will pay to replace the roof including labor, this is know as a bumper to bumper warranty.

AmeriConstruction has a team dedicated to working various insurance claims from hail, wind, lighting, fire, tornado and flood claims. 

Our team writes our estimates our with the same software insurance companies use, this software is called Xactimate. 

 Writing estimates in Xactimate allows AmeriConstruction to pull real time fair market value making sure the line item pricing is correct in all insurance claims.

 In most cases insurance initial estimates are incorrectly priced, we write our own estimates and submit them directly to the insurance companies ensuring you are being paid the proper amounts and no line items are left out of your repair estimate.

We handle everything else allowing you to focus on your time while we work with the insurance company behind the scenes.
